If your plans have changed, and you no longer need the eSIM from Flytripi, we will refund your money in full. Simply contact us within the specified time, provided that the eSIM has not been activated.
The following conditions must be met for a full refund:
• The eSIM was purchased through our official website, Flytripi.
• The eSIM has not been activated. (If you have already activated or started using the eSIM, we are ready to consider your case individually and offer the best solution).
• No more than 6 months have passed since the purchase.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
